Follow the Private Work and Appointments section link at the top of the page to the relevant section
where you can request a private appointment, a document or certificate.
When you request private work, you may be asked additional information to help book the appointment or
prepare for the requested work.
The surgery will then contact you directly to arrange an appointment date and to collect payment. The fee
can be paid by card or cash at the surgery.
Once payment has been received, please allow up to 25 days for completion.
